Physical Readiness Test (PRT)

Physical Readiness Test (PRT)

The Colorado Sea Cadets take pride in being physically prepared for each drill, activity, and advanced training.

Every cadet must be PRT-ready at every monthly drill. Official PRT recordings happen throughout the year and the expectation is that every cadet holds a passing PRT at all times.

No cadet will be eligible to participate in monthly drills, Navy League Orientation, Sea Cadets Recruit Training, or any Advanced Training unless he/she has a passing PRT on file.

Level 2 or above must be attained for entry to the program, Navy League Orientation, and Recruit Training.

Level 3 or above must be attained to promote (rank up) and attend Advanced Training.
